Shop Lifespan Shipping Policy

Welcome to Shop Lifespan. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders. By placing an order, you agree to the terms described herein.
2. Order Processing
Processing time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Order confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email with a summary of your items, shipping address, and estimated delivery date.
Stock levels: If any item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you by email and provide an estimated restock date. You may choose to wait, cancel, or switch to an alternative item.
3. Shipping Rates & Methods
Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, destination, and chosen carrier.
Carriers: We partner with USPS to ensure reliable delivery. You may request a preferred carrier at checkout; if possible, we’ll accommodate.
Shipping methods: Options typically include Standard, Expedited, and Express. Estimated transit times are provided at checkout and may vary by destination.
4. Delivery Times
Domestic (within [Country]): Estimated delivery times range from 3–7 business days for Standard, 2–4 for Expedited, and 1–2 for Express.
International: Estimated delivery times range from 7–21+ business days, depending on destination and customs processing.
Factors affecting delivery: Delays can occur due to weather, carrier issues, print on demand log time, customs clearance, and peak shopping periods.
5. Tracking & Notifications
After your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS (if enabled). You can track your package on the carrier’s website.
You’ll be notified of any delivery exceptions (e.g., failed delivery attempts, incorrect address).
6. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to the countries and regions listed at checkout. Some products may be restricted in certain jurisdictions. We do not ship to P.O. boxes in certain regions. If your address is a P.O. Box, you may be asked to provide a physical address.
7. Recipient Availability & Delivery Attempts
A single delivery attempt may be made by the carrier. If delivery fails, the carrier will attempt redelivery or leave a pickup notice. It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange redelivery or pick up the package within the carrier’s stated window.
8. Delivery Issues & Damaged Items
Damaged in transit: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and the packaging. We will assess and offer a replacement, refund, or store credit as appropriate.
Missing items:If something is missing from your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos or the original packaging to verify.
9. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimated costs prior to purchase.
We declare shipments in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations and provide accurate order values on customs declarations.
10. Address Changes & Corrections
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If you realize an error after placing an order, contact us asap. Address changes may incur carrier fees or cause reshipment delays.
11. Order Tracking & Changes
You can view your order status anytime via your Shop Lifespan account.
Changing a shipment (e.g., address, items) may incur processing delays or additional charges. Contact support as soon as possible.
12. Returns & Exchanges Related to Shipping
Our standard Returns Policy applies. If you need to exchange an item, you may be responsible for return shipping and a replacement shipping fee, depending on the reason for the exchange.
If the item is defective or incorrect, we cover return shipping (where applicable) and replace the item at no extra cost.
13. Sustainability & Packaging
We prioritize eco-friendly packaging. Wherever possible, packaging materials are recyclable or reusable.
We encourage customers to recycle packaging and to reuse boxes for secondary shipping if feasible.
